TEENS AND PARENTS LEARNING THE TRUTH
TOGETHER!
Let's hear from teens, who are MAKING THE CHOICE NOT TO USE ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUGS, and what they have to tell us about holding steadfast to their decision during the middle and high school years. Join us to find out what teens need and want from the adults in our community.
We will review the teen data on healthy behaviors for our community, then together learn what families and our community CAN DO to strengthen bonds and prevent substance use in the Valley. Consider the Riverview Youth Council's motto: "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
Come, be a part of the Healthy Youth Forum as described above and hear local results of the Healthy Youth Survey taken by Riverview students in October 2008!
If you are the parent of a middle or high school student or if you are a student in grades 6-12 , you do not want to miss this powerful event where we're coming together for POSITIVE CHANGE IN OUR VALLEY!
